FAQ
Online cohorts
Why is it called Fifth Hour?
Because of the hour you are always chasing and never find. However early you start, there is always an hour of work left over, and it is never the interesting part. That hour comes back when you hand the work to something that can do it. The cohort is four sessions. The fifth hour is what you leave with.
What will I be able to do after this?
Use AI on your actual work and get results you would keep. You will understand what the tool is really doing, how to get the output you want, and how to set it up so it handles real tasks for you instead of one-off questions.
Who is Fifth Hour for?
Individuals can choose an online cohort, the free AI, Actually workshop, or one-on-one AI coaching. Organizations can choose team implementation.
What does it cost?
The current online cohort is $795. AI, Actually is free. One-on-one coaching and team implementation are priced according to scope. Receipts and invoices are available.
When are the sessions and are they recorded?
Four customized live sessions at 1PM ET on August 18, August 25, September 1 and September 8, 2026. Each session runs 60 to 90 minutes. Recordings are available for 60 days so you can catch up if you miss a session.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Nothing here requires code. It is taught in plain language for people who are good at their job and want AI to help them do it.
What does the training actually cover?
What AI is and how to get the results you want; how to use it for your specific work; the features most people never touch, like projects and scheduled tasks; how to tune it to you; how usage, limits and tokens work; and how to put it on real tasks immediately.
Does this only work with Claude?
We build in Claude, and the same setup works in ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini.
Can I use AI with client data?
Whether information can be used with AI depends on the tool, account settings, information involved, client obligations, and your organization's policies. Fifth Hour teaches clear rules for approved tools, safe sharing, configuration, and human review. When confidential information is not approved, use sanitized or synthetic examples. Fifth Hour does not replace your legal, compliance, IT, or professional judgment.
What makes Fifth Hour different?
It is taught by an operator who runs AI inside a working firm, not by an AI commentator. Everything taught was used on real work with real deadlines first.
How big is the cohort?
Each cohort is capped at 15 seats so there is time for your own work in every session.
What happens after the four sessions?
You keep your group. The people you go through the cohort with stay connected afterwards, so you still have somewhere to bring a question when something changes or a workflow breaks.
How do I know it is right for me?
If you already pay for an AI tool and know you are barely using it, it is right for you. If you want to be certain first, email info@fifthhour.io and describe the work you want AI to help with.
Do I need to pay for an AI subscription?
A paid Claude plan is highly recommended, because several of the features covered are not available on the free tier. That subscription is billed by Anthropic and is separate from the $795 cohort price.
How is it customized to me?
Before the cohort starts you fill in a short questionnaire covering your role, the tools you use and the work you most want AI to help with. The sessions are built around those answers, so the examples are your workflows rather than a generic demo. With only 15 seats there is time to work on your own files in every session.
What is the online cohort cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before the first session for a full refund. After the first session, if it is not right for you, email before the second session and the three sessions you have not attended are refunded ($596.25). You pay only for the session you attended. From the second session onward, enrollment is non-refundable. Missed sessions remain available as recordings for 60 days. You may transfer your seat to another person before the first session by emailing info@fifthhour.io. If Fifth Hour cancels or reschedules and the new dates do not work, you may choose a full refund or move to a future cohort.
What is the difference between the cohort and AI, Actually?
AI, Actually is a free 30-minute starting point. The online cohort goes further across four customized live sessions, with time to build, test, and return with questions.
AI, Actually
What is AI, Actually?
A free 30-minute workshop where you set up AI so it knows you and build your first project.
What will I leave with?
Your AI set up with context about you and your work, plus your first project ready to use.
How do I join?
The next workshop is Thursday, August 13, 2:30PM ET. Sign up on the workshop page and the join link is emailed to you straight away. If it does not arrive, email info@fifthhour.io.
One-on-one AI coaching
What is one-on-one AI coaching?
Private, hands-on coaching with Raizy, shaped around your work, tools, and goals. Together, you set AI up, test it on real work, and refine what needs improvement.
What does one-on-one coaching cost?
Pricing depends on the scope and format recommended after the discovery call.
How is coaching different from the cohort?
Coaching focuses entirely on your work and AI setup. The online cohort covers the practical foundation in a small group across four customized live sessions.
Is one-on-one coaching online or in person?
Either. Online coaching has no travel fee. In-person coaching is available with travel billed separately. Raizy replies to inquiries within 24 hours.
What is the coaching cancellation policy?
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and missed sessions are non-refundable. If Fifth Hour cancels or reschedules, you may choose a full refund or a new date.
Team implementation
Who is team implementation for?
Organizations that already pay for AI tools and are not seeing the work change. It suits teams where several people need shared workflows, clear rules, individual support, and follow-through after the training.
How is a team engagement scoped?
A typical team engagement runs for about four to eight weeks and includes leadership and workflow review, hands-on in-person workshops, and individual implementation. Continued support and office hours can be added afterward. Pricing is based on team size and the scope of the project.
What actually changes for the team?
Each department finds the recurring work worth changing. People know what AI is good at and where human review stays. AI connects to the systems the team already uses, where tools, permissions and policies allow it, so reports and routine updates stop being manual. Leadership has clearer rules for safe use. The measure is whether people still use AI on their own work a month later.
Can you show a real example?
A team had many active engagements moving through a process that was not linear. Their software held the work but did not give the manager the full picture. Before, the manager checked each engagement every day, worked out where it was stuck, then updated a separate spreadsheet. Now AI checks the approved project data every morning and updates a dashboard showing every engagement, its stage, recent movement, and why work is waiting. This is Raizy's own firm, YH Roth CPA PC, not a client testimonial.
Why is there no public price?
Pricing is based on team size and the scope of the project, and is established on the introductory call. No two engagements cover the same work, so a list price would not mean anything.
How do you handle confidential information?
We set rules for approved tools, safe sharing, configuration, and human review. When confidential information is not approved, training uses sanitized or synthetic examples. Fifth Hour does not replace your legal, compliance, IT, or professional judgment.
Are team engagements in person or online?
They are designed to be in person because hands-on implementation works best in the room. Online delivery is also possible when needed.
What does leadership contribute?
Time at the start to walk through the systems, the tech stack, and how the business actually runs, plus a clear internal point person for the implementation.
How does implementation begin?
With a free 30-minute conversation about the tools you already pay for, where implementation stalls, and whether a Fifth Hour implementation is the right next step.
What happens after the workshops?
Individual implementation support and office hours, so questions get answered and workflows get refined while it is still new.
Still deciding? Start with the path that matches the work you need to change.
