What we collect, and why.

Fifth Hour is run by Raizy Roth Seidenfeld. This page explains what information the site collects, who processes it, and how to have it removed.

What is collected

Only what you submit. The email list collects your email address and the page you submitted from. Team and coaching inquiries collect the contact and work details shown on the form. The AI, Actually workshop signup collects your name, email, company, the AI tool you use now, what you want to learn, and whether you opted in to hear about future programs. Stripe collects payment and contact details directly when you buy a seat. Fifth Hour never sees or stores your full card number.

Why it is collected

Email addresses are used to tell you when a cohort opens and to send occasional practical notes. Enquiry details are used to answer you. Payment details are used to process your purchase. Nothing is sold, rented, or shared for advertising.

Do not submit confidential, client-identifying, employee, financial, health, or proprietary information through an inquiry form.

Who processes it

Netlify hosts this site and processes form submissions, so email list signups are stored in the site's Netlify account. Stripe processes payments and the embedded checkout button; Stripe sets its own cookies and applies its own privacy policy. Both are independent companies with their own terms.

Resend sends the workshop confirmation email that contains your join link. Marketing consent is optional and separate from that email: leaving the box unticked still gets you the workshop link, and you can withdraw consent any time by emailing info@fifthhour.io.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies of its own. The Stripe checkout button loads code from Stripe, which may set cookies necessary for payment and fraud prevention. Links to LinkedIn open on LinkedIn, which applies its own privacy and cookie policies.

How to be removed

Information is kept only as long as needed to respond, deliver the service, operate the business, or meet legal and accounting obligations. Email info@fifthhour.io to request deletion. Records connected to a completed purchase may need to be retained for legal or accounting purposes.
